What’s included

WINDERMERE ADDRESS & WATER SOURCE

A Windermere mailing address does not identify one water system.

The Town of Windermere’s official FAQ says the incorporated town is approximately 2.2 square miles with about 1,600 parcels, while the larger Windermere ZIP code covers about 30,000 parcels. The Town directs property owners to the Orange County Property Appraiser’s Municipality field to distinguish the Town from unincorporated Orange County. Postal city and municipal jurisdiction are separate checks.

Who supplies water at a Windermere address?

The same Town FAQ says Windermere does not provide water or sewage: residents either use personal wells and septic systems or connect to Orange County Utilities. The Town’s Building Department likewise directs water-leak and water-service questions to Orange County Utilities. Those statements describe Town residents; they do not prove the provider or source at every property carrying a Windermere postal address.

Check the provider shown on your water bill and tell the sales team whether the home uses utility water, a private well, or an unknown source. Ask that provider for its current water-quality report when relevant. No Windermere-wide hardness value or contaminant finding is asserted here, and a postal address is not a household water test.

Sources: Town of Windermere — Frequently Asked Questions (Town Boundaries, Utilities and Water); Town of Windermere — Building Department (utility and service contacts). These sources do not select equipment or confirm service for an individual home.

What affects a Windermere water softener installation quote?

The $2,999* package covers the whole-home salt-based softener, under-sink RO and standard installation at a suitable utility-water home. A missing or incompatible softener loop, difficult access, sink changes, or additional drain or power work can change the scope. Review exact models, permit requirements, applicable taxes and the complete written total before agreeing.

THE $2,999* OFFER

Standard installation,
with the scope made clear.

The package includes the whole-home salt-based water softener, under-sink RO and standard installation for a suitable utility-water home.

*Standard installation requires accessible, compatible existing plumbing, adequate equipment space, a suitable sink, and drain and power access where needed. Our sales team confirms installation requirements with you in advance through questions established with our plumbers. No separate pre-installation visit is required.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before you
turn the tap.

Is the package price the same for every home?

The $2,999* package includes a whole-home salt-based water softener and under-sink RO with standard installation for a suitable utility-water home. Access, plumbing and equipment fit are confirmed through sales-team questions in advance. No separate pre-installation visit is required. Any nonstandard work is quoted before agreement; submitting a request does not lock in a final price or book a job.

Are pre-filtration and UV included?

No. Pre-filtration and UV light are optional upgrades, discussed based on your home’s needs and priced separately. The base package includes only the whole-home salt-based water softener, under-sink RO and standard installation. Review any upgrade quote before agreeing.

What maintenance will I need?

The softener needs salt and regeneration. RO filters and membranes need periodic replacement. RO produces reject water. Maintenance schedules and running costs depend on the selected equipment and your water use; review them before purchase.

Does this work with well water?

The standard package assumes municipal utility water. Private wells need a separate discussion with the sales team about water conditions, which may include testing and additional treatment. Select “Private well” when describing your home.

Which brands and warranties are included?

The exact equipment and written warranty terms will be provided for review before you agree. This page does not promise a particular manufacturer, capacity, certification or warranty length.

Who handles my request and installation?

Windermere Water Filtration handles your request, equipment arrangements and customer communication. We coordinate installation with a local plumber. We do not sell your inquiry to competing water companies.

Am I booking or paying by sending a request?

No. A request starts a conversation about your home and the installation. There is no payment or installation booking on this website.
